Unprofessionalism at its best. One rude agent is all it takes, unless this business knows how their business is being represented how will they know to fix this. In the service industry you must wear a smile on the phone at all times, a Parnassus agent was wearing a chip on his shoulder, hung up on me 2 times, refused to give his name in the process. It is a shame that he does not enjoy his job and does not want to represent this company with the respect that might be due. In this case one bad apple does spoil the whole bunch. There are many other respected and willing to help answering services that do not rush you or hang up on you or treat you in a rude manner. I would not recommend this company unless some training or retraining is done first. Seek elsewhere for the sake of your business reputation, first impressions are important.
