Parkwood Terrace

I lived in this community 10 years ago and left as soon as I could. Kandy, the manager, and the Carlisle management group are horrible. They are evicting a poor mother and her three daughters because the mother is unable to pay a $1,000 water bill when a pipe burst after being half repaired several times by the maintenance dept. The young single mother is unable to get another apartment because Kandy has already set her up as a bad tenant. The mother is in a hotel now and will spend Christmas there with her children. Heartless Kandy and the management group refuse to give the mother the water bill even when a church group offered to pay it. I don't know if they are being racist or down right vindictive but it is a shame. Please think twice about staying here and becoming one of their victims. more

These are apartments that you might not want to make a your place of living. It's a good place to stay for 6 months, but no more than 6 months. The walls are thin, you can hear everytime someone flushes there toilet or run there washer, water in the bathtub. The drinking water is not good at all, it smells like the sewer, it is always best that you buy your water. Your rent has be in the office by the second of the month are you will be charged $75 dollars late fee and $10 dollars after that every day you are late. Some people don't get paid until after the fact. They are always going to pay late rent; which is bad because they will never be able to do anything. If you have visitors at your home, the neighbors will go tell the office. They act like you can not have visitors at all at your home. Just be careful of apartments like these.
