I have been looking for a dental practice for myself where the dentist will address my high anxiety level when it comes to having dental work done. Dr. Ediger is the most amazing dentist. I have never experienced such a wonderful staff and office as Parkway Plaza Dental. My dental work was not painful and each visit was all about making me feel comfortable and relaxed. I had dental work done at this office and had to have all the work redone Set me back a few thousand dollars then they wanted more money to repair the bad work. My new dentist was in shock all work was temporary so everything had to be redone.I would NEVER recommend anyone to go here! There is a great dentist in the Foxhill Medical Bldg on Roe that stands by the work and cares about the patients. Refreshing after my experience more

It amazed me what a beautiful layout and decor that Parkway Plaza Dental has...definitely not the typical dental office. There is also a cute little boutique inside their space, so it was more fun to browse in there than read a magazine until they were ready for me. The staff was very friendly and explained everything they were going to do during my visit. They were very thorough and I definitely recommend Dr. Ediger and his staff. more

I have been seeing Dr. Gordon for about 6 months, and now I am going through the invisalign process. I used to panic attack when ever I was on dental chair, but thanks to Dr. Gordon and his super friendly and knowledgeable staff. They calm me down and made me able to do take care of all my dental needs. Never had such a pleasant experience with any other dental offices before. Now my sister and two of my friends are going to this office, and they are agree with me in loving this dental office. more

Dr. Ediger and staff have provided first class dental care to me and my family for nearly 10 years. The practice has always been very family oriented and always provided a very family friendly environment. I went with my children for cleanings and standard check-ups and everything went fine. On the return visit for a couple cavities to be filled, my 7 year old panicked. They asked me to leave the room because that usually helps calm upset kids. They let her cry and be scared for 30 minutes before they came to get me for help. We had to leave because she wouldn't calm down. I wouldn't say that was handled so well. They are not good with young kids. My husband had a tooth extracted. They got him in promptly for the procedure. He then had some problems the next week. This office has refused to help since. Granted, we do have a very restrictive insurance that is difficult to deal with, but they are a provider with our plan. Today, we had to make an emergency switch to another dental office to resolve the residual pain from the extraction. Parkway Plaza (Rose) refused to assist with this switch. She refused to assist in emailing x-rays to the dentist offering help, and she hung up the phone on me. Extremely rude, uppity, disrespectful, very uncaring, and thoughtless. more
