I am a total ""needle phobe"" and have always been afraid of dentist offices in general. The staff here has always been gentle and understanding, especially the Dr. Very clean office. more

I couldn't be happier with this office! I went to Dr. Callaghan for a second opinion years ago and was shocked when he steered me away from the pricey work another dentist in the area from a ""chain"" practice insisted that I needed!! Saved me thousands of dollars in unneccessary work-- it is very reassuring to know that there are still Drs out there that aren't just after your money. Overall, I have been very impressed with this dentist and would recommend them to anyone. more

My first visit to Parkway Dental was ok. The receptionists were very friendly. I had a teeth cleaning ($180) as they advised before having my teeth bleached. I paid $500 dollars for a zoom whitening and had absolutely NO change in color on my teeth. She said my teeth were great and they would be as white as paper. I complained the very first day and she told me to wait a week. I still had no change and was very unhappy I spent that much money on nothing. She let me know they had take home trays if id like them only for $200 more dollars. Absolutely not. Ive already paid 500 dollars for nothing!! I thought they would like their customers to leave happy with a nice smile, and that sure wasn't the case. I would never return to this dentist!! What a waste of money. more

The doctor is pretty good but the office staff isn't. I was going to have alot of work done and they were going to put me months in between appointments. Lets just say that I went to a different dentist. Pros: The doctor is okay Cons: The office staff aren't very good. more
