Knowledgeability of the personnel that work there. 10/6/2016

I have been trusting my vehicle to Parker County Automotive for several years. I find their knowledge of automobiles to always be current and then they exercise that knowledge to keep my vehicles running great. In addition when I am apprised of the diagnostics and what is required for repairs I can trust that the information I am given is accurate and that the repairs will be done professionally and in a reasonable amount of time. more

They are extremely customer oriented and go above their business practices. They are more than accommodating and are persistent in repairing and resolving problems. They are extremely thoughtful and friendly. We have used them for many years and refer our family and friends to them. We highly recommend them! more

No matter what I take my car in for, I know that I will get the best care for my car. They never thry to sell me something I dont need and they are quick. I wouldn't want to take my car anywhere else! more
