Service engine light back on after 85 miles ( second time) and $400.00 in repairs.

Heat and a/c issues 11/25/2015

Excellence in Service and Affordability 11/7/2015

Gregg repaired our 1999 f250 super duty truck, job done right with no surprises. Ford wanted to replace every front end part to repair the "loose steering issue" and gave me an estimate for $4,765. Parker County Automotive actually took the time to find the failure, and the total repair was less than $550. Now the truck drives like new. more

Worst service ever. I took my car in to have the transmission serviced 8/20/2014

I dropped my car off on a Friday morning . We told them we wasn't in a hurry. We were told it would be ready at 4:30 on Saturday. When we arrived to pick up my car the mechanic was working on his truck which was parked behind my car. When we went back they had to add more transmission fluid. Again it took two days to add a quart of transmission fluid and it still isn't shifting from park to drive or reverse quickly. more
