Fast & Affordable 2/3/2011

Fixed my furnace is less then 2 hours from the time I called! Came home to a very cold house, called Parker & Sons @ 5:45 and my furnace was fixed by 7:15. Technician was very clean, professional and respectful. He took the time to explain to me what was wrong, how he fixed it and what I can do to avoid any problems in the future. I highly recommend Parker & Sons! more

Fast & Affordable 2/3/2011

Fixed my furnace is less then 2 hours from the time I called! Came home to a very cold house, called Parker & Sons @ 5:45 and my furnace was fixed by 7:15. Technician was very clean, professional and respectful. He took the time to explain to me what was wrong, how he fixed it and what I can do to avoid any problems in the future. Too Big to Care? 11/9/2010

I called them to get a price quote on a new ac system. The person who was scheduling was unable to schedule this in less than a week. If they aren't motivated by a price quote, which is to their advantage, what can I expect when it comes to service. I was not impressed. more

Finally an Honest HVAC contractor 7/31/2010

They came right out to replace the AC when we needed it with great prices and great people. There was no oversell by the sales staff and I got a great deal on a new TRANE system. The installers were awesome! They were kind and polite while being in our home for half day. \r \r Don't worry about a few bucks, the extra service is worth it. Pros: Great People more

GET ANOTHER QUOTE 2/11/2010

$3000.00 for a 75 gallon hot water heater. Unknowing wives beware. The explaination for the high cost was "thats our flat rate". Since the install we've spoken other contractors and they agreed, this company took advantage of an unknowing homeowner by about 40%. Never again will I or my wife call this this company... more

Reliable, efiicient, work hard to be affordable! 8/20/2009

The main water shut-off valve on our home broke in the off position. No water with 5 kids in the house, on a 100+ degree day! Bad! Within an hour of our call, the plumber was there, and 40 minutes later, we had a new valve and water in our house. He waived the diagnostic fee, as P&S always does if you have them do the repair. He also gave us the 10% discount as if we had booked online, even though we didn't! We always call Parker & Sons because they don't charge extra for nights or weekends. This happened on a Saturday, and I would have been unwilling to call anyone else. P&S are smart because they know that policy gets them business! We have used them for A/C in the past, too. more

Good company, but not perfect 12/6/2008

First technician sent out was not good, but second did his job. Estimate for new Air Conditioning unit was pricey, but they are a reputable company. Would recommend them. more

Parker and Sons is the best company to work with for your heating/air conditioning needs. I hired them to install a new a/c unit last summer and we got a great price, great service and they are responsive, reputable, professional and reasonable. I couldn't have asked for anything more. more
