Fantastic professional service at a great price!!! I`ve used Park Ridge K & K Service for repairs to my dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator and dryer over the last 4 months and I would recommend them to anyone. The appointments have been the same day that I call and Park Ridge K & K Service has come out for repairs at night and during the weekend. They are very courteous and professional and will answer your questions clearly. I will be uisng Park Ridge K & K Service for all of my future appliance repairs in Park Ridge, IL. more

Refrigerator Repair Park Ridge IL 7/22/2013

I was down south visiting a friend of mine move into his new place and after we were done we noticed his big ol Kenmore refrigerator wasnt clicking on and both of us werent familiar with the area to get it repaired but ended up finding this place on Google by searching refrigerator repair and called them up and they came over to fix it. I had a lot of questions as to how this would happen to break and Alex was very helpful in enlightening us on preventing another situation like this. Quick and friendly appliance repair service, dude was way more professional than people Ive dealt with in the past. Park Ridge K & K Servicedefinitely get a well earned 5 stars! They fixed my oven! They came when they said and repaired it quickly. Now I can bake again. more

Park Ridge K & K Service is the best appliance repair company we`ve ever hired. They are unfailingly honest, conscientious, thorough, clean, and really nice to our dog. We`ve had problems with our Kenmore refrigerator. The freezer part was working but the refrigerator was warm and I had to throw the food out several times. It was getting really frustrating because I didn’t know what was going on. Anyway, the technicians who came over was an experienced, professional, and respectful, had a friendly attitude, and provided satisfactory service. He fixed my refrigerator the same day and since then the refrigerator has been working perfect. more

These guys are my real working heroes! I manage a few apartment buildings, and appliance issues are always a problem. The worst is when the tenant calls me at night and tells me that they just bought their groceries and the refrigerator doesn’t cool. Not surprisingly, it`s a real mess. But as soon as I call Park Ridge K & K Service service they respond right away and get the job done almost immediately. Their professionalism makes it very easy on me and saves me a lot of time dealing with unhappy tenants. more

We had a washing machine that wouldn`t drain. He came out on a Sunday afternoon and promptly identified and fixed the problem. He is polite, cleanly attired and professional. His fee was very reasonable. We will use him again and encourage you to do so as well. more

I used Park Ridge K & K Service when my upstairs air conditioning was not working properly. I had been quoted an extremely high amount by another company in the area and used Park Ridge K & K Service because I was hoping for a lower cost. I was SURPRISED. Not only was the cost less, the service was AMAZING. The technician fixed the problem immediately and explained everything that he was doing in the process. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. more

Fantastic service. Timely, extremely knowledgeable, patient when I asked lots of stupid questions and got my unit running for much cheaper than I was expecting and within an hour and half. Will recommend to friends as well as use Park Ridge K & K Service again in the future! more
