Picked them at random on the web to send flowers to a sick friend in the hospital. Very friendly on the phone and the flowers were delivered the same day. I had a lovely suprise when I checked my email and they sent me a picture of the arrangement! 4.5 stars really. 1/2 star off because they misspelled my friend's name - even though I read it off like F as in Frank, it was spelled with an S. more

Gorgeous Roses 5/19/2011

I had a great experience with Park Florist. I live out of the area and wanted to send an arrangement to a friend who had surgery. Park Florist took my order, read back my message for accuracy, and delivered a gorgeous arrangement of roses that brightened my friend’s day. I received an email of the order and a picture of the roses. Great customer service! I highly recommend them! more

Great personal service 3/5/2010

I had great service using Park Florist. For a special event, I wanted to order a large bouquet of tulips to be delivered to a family member's house in Silver Spring. They were wonderful to work with and provided exactly what I wanted. I didn't want a full arrangement, just a big bouquet of flowers delivered, and not every florist would do this. They were very easy to work with, the flowers were delivered on time, and the family member was thrilled with the flowers. Highly recommend. Pros: Attentive service more

Great service 2/8/2010

I was thoroughly impressed by their service! I live in a different state, but ordered flowers for a friend in a DC hospital. I've ordered flowers on a number of occasions, but this was the first florist who took the time to read back my card message and double check on the spelling of names. Even more impressive, this is the first flower shop that took a photo of the flower arrangement that went to my friend, and emailed it to me. The arrangement was beautiful! I highly recommend Park Florist! more

Beautiful flowers, outstanding service 1/26/2010

I had a bouquet delivered to my sister for her birthday. I'm in Florida, she is on the border of Takoma Park in DC. I wanted to use a local business and found Jeanne Ha at Park Florist. My sister was so surprised and said the arrangement was absolutely beautiful. Who doesn't like to have the door bell ring to see someone holding a bouquet of flowers for you? Beyond the beautiful arrangement I must add that Jeanne sent me an email picture of the bouquet that was actually delivered. When was the last time you actually saw the flowers that you ordered for delivery? Pros: Beautiful, artful arrangement, mind blowing service more

Above and beyond 12/29/2009

Jeanne at Park Florist came through for us in a big way when we called in a pinch on Christmas Eve. Because of the holidays, no florists were able to accommodate the need for bereavement arrangements in the days after Dec. 25. Not only did Park Florist figure out a way to help us, their arrangements were beautiful, reasonably priced and so appreciated. They went above and beyond, yet did it so professionally we had to believe it's just the way this florist does business. Pros: Lovely arrangements; great responsiveness more

I looked at the Park Florist web site to pick out an arrangement and placed my order - Jeanne couldn't have been more helpful. What was so ""above and beyond"" was the follow-up email I rec'd confirming that the order had been delivered AND she sent me an actual picture of the bouquet they had created. Gorgeous Wedding Flowers 10/31/2009

The flowers for my daughter's wedding were perfect--lovely fresh flowers, beautifully arranged. Jeanne and Bethany listened carefully to my daughter to understand the color scheme and style she wanted, were willing to so something ""a little different"", visited the wedding site, and produced, on time, lovely arrangements just right for the setting. Even as a intermittent client, I am made to feel like an old friend when I call. Jeanne's artistic arrangements have been enjoyed by many in the Takoma Park area--and for customers like me on the other coast--she sends photos of the flowers we have purchased for delivery to our MD fam and friends!
