These people saved my dog. We could not afford anywhere else. Other places wanted 6-700$. We went here and they charged $150!! Also when i lived down the street about 2 years ago we had a dog who was run over by a car. They came down picked him up cleaned him and wrapped him in a blanket, and put him in a cardboard coffin. Never charged us just told us that they were sorry. Very Very Compasionate if you ask me. Pros: Everything Cons: Long wait is worth it more

My kittie got really sick pretty much overnight. After taking her to an emergency clinic during the night, I took her to Park Avenue Animal Hospital the very next morning. They were compassionate and understanding as well as knowledgeable and comforting. They took good care of her during the day, and Dr. Jo gave me instructions and let me take her home over night so that I could care for her before bringing her back the next morning. When I returned to the hospital the next morning, the staff again took good care of my kittie, but she did not make it. I was in constant contact with Dr. Jo and felt like they had done everything possible to help Nikki. They were very comforting and respectful after Nikki's passing. I will continue to take my pets to this animal hospital/vet clinic as long as I live in this area. I would highly recommend Park Avenue. If you want to avoid a long wait for non-emergency issues, making an appoint would be key. Pros: great staff, great veterinarians, very caring Cons: small parking lot more

I have been a client of Park Avenue AH and both Dr. McCutcheon and Dr. Joe for over ten years now. While the wait can sometimes be long, it is always well worth it. The quality of care and compassion of the entire staff can not be beat. The veterinarians at this clinic are up to date on the most effective and advanced treatments in the industry and their support staff are qualified and competent. You could not possibly put a dollar value or a price tag on the kind of care you and your animals receive at this clinic, but surprisingly their prices are very reasonable. I have been to a lot of Veterinarians in Memphis. This is the Best. I found an injured pup and these highly professional people did all they could and MORE to help it to live. He will live to chase and aggravate a lot of cats. I can't thank the Doctors and staff enough for saving this pup. The prices were better than fair and worth the drive from North Memphis. Pros: These people love animals and care for them like they were their own. Cons: Absolutely NONE more

This is by far the best animal hospitol in the midsouth, if not, the south. People are nice and considerate and the cost is far below anywhere I have been. It is truely the best place to visit and care for all of your animals. Quick example, my dog was on its last leg at another local vet. She had classic signs of parvo and they did not catch it till late. They had already charged me $1500 to diagnose her wrong and then wanted an additional $1500 to treat her. I had enough and took her to Park and was able to leave her there for a few days and have all necissary treatments. She recovered fully and is the heathiest dog now. Their charge was $500 for the whole deal. It would have cost me $4500 at the other. ""Cordova"". Please love your animals and take them to Park Avenue Animal Hospitol.
