I started taking my puppy to a vet in the same area as soon as I got her. She spent the first two years of her life sick. She would be fine, and then go in for routine shots and a day or two later, she was very sick and had to be taken back. I spent a fortune on visits, x-rays and medicine. This was a dog that had no other pets around and was spoiled like a baby. The last straw was when she was two the head Vet told me she had tumors and needed surgery. He showed me x-rays,which cost a fortune and did not look like they came from my dog. All procedures were done away from me in a ""back room"" that the owners are never allowed in. My dog started to become very agitated whenever I took her there, and I am convinced she was struck at one point because I heard her yelp in the ""back room"" and was told she was ""nervous"". They also tried to convince me she needed special food which cost another fortune. I took her to Dr. Park the next day and I never looked back. He performed the same tests, charged me less for them, and I was always there for every test. The tests came back clear, she had no tumors. The other vet was just trying to charge me for unnecessary surgery. He is a great Dr. and he has a wonderful staff that care about their little patients. She is 6 years old now and doing great. Thanks Park Animal Hospital
