This was my second hair cut at this location. I wasn't happy with the way my previous hair cut went. I asked for long layers and when a mirror was held up to the back, it looked like two blunt layers were cut in with no blending with the front longer than the back. I waited a few months for it to grow out and decided to try a different stylist at the salon. I showed several pictures of what I wanted and asked for an opinion on what would work best for me. At first I was happy with the hair cut but when I left the salon, I started to notice short pieces that didn't match my hair length. The face framing is beyond the crown, isn't a clean angle (more straight across than slanted) and doesn't blend well with the sides of my hair because it is cut too deep past the ear. My hair looks frizzy in parts due to the angle that texturizing was done. I have curly hair and that doesn't work on me well. All I can do know is wait again for my hair to grow out. It is taking me forever to grow my hair past shoulder length due to these hair cuts that need correction. When I discussed not being happy about my hair cut with friends, one of them also shared a bad experience at the Paris Parker Lakeside Salon. She went to get her bangs cut and the stylist did not ask her to change into the black salon rob and cut her bangs badly. Hearing that has solidified my decision not to return for services at that salon.
