All in all a good experience but not sure if I could afford to go there again unless I followed the stylists advice and went just for touch ups. I had a good experience and was greeted with a warm welcome and was offered o.j. and water when I arrived and throughout my appt. I felt like the quality of the highlight product was good...although in the lighting at the salon I didn't see any strawberry blonde color until I got home...which I didn't want but was told that I would have a little reddish hue. Everyone was nice and I felt comfortable there. I didn't like the fact that everytime I called and thought that I was speaking to someone at that particular salon...it turned out to be someone at a main calling center.
