First appointment, plumber was in and out, no leak found, advised we needed the shut off valve replaced to the house. Called to have them replace it, never called back. Scheduled our next appointment for leak detection, we had a slot time from 8-10, at 10 I called and asked status and they said they were tied up at another job, ok, I understand that but they never called to update us, never advised they would not be able to make it, they don't seem to call back ever. Then they advised they only had one person that could work the device and he would be tied up all day, can they reschedule, lost a half days work waiting for them. Rescheduled the next day for 8-12 again, no show, no call back, called multiple times, call was placed on hold and then disconnected. Multiple days taken off to wait for this company that can't seem to show up. Paid for work and they did not complete or show up after waiting 7 hours on two different days. Lost work and time, and now have to wait for another comp more

I too used them for a replumbing of my entire house, but had a much different experience than the previous review. It's possible they have more than one crew, but if Scott and Dave are part of the group that shows up to your house, you're in good hands. \r \r The drywall repair was more than satisfactory, it was perfect. EVERYTHING was covered, and they left the house cleaner than they found it. And another nice thing was they didn't quarantine the entire house at once...they methodically moved through the house, leaving the smallest footprint possible. Their tools were only in the small area they were working on at that time. \r \r While the job was not done it one day, they kept us abreast of their schedule, and we were always informed of any changes. From the first call regarding the leak, to them leaving my driveway after the job, was just under 3 days. more

I used them for a replumbing of the entire house. They did satisfactory plumbing work and did most of the job in one day. I was told they would subcontract the drywall repair from the holes they made, however they did it themselves very sloppily. I was picking out dried texture from my 3mth old carpet and scrubbing it out of my furniture to clean up their mess. They also didn't bother to cover anything up, so the entire house was extremely dusty and to top it off they left food remnants and liquor receipts in my yard. I complained to the owner and he didn't seem to care and offered no apology, which is the minimum I was expecting. They came back to "fix" some things but at that point I just wanted them out of my house. At least there are no water leaks in the house. more
