Overall we are very happy with the end product of the pool, and Dan was very patient with us during design in addition to making sure each major step was completed with high quality. I believe a written 1-2 page summary of "what to expect at each stage of the process" would have been helpful during the process. more

When we decided to have a pool built in our back yard, we knew we wanted a quality company with a good reputation. We eventually chose Paragon Pools from among three other companies, and are very happy with the results. Paragon combines quality craftsmanship with great customer service. We worked with Dan, and he really listened to us. He wasn't 100 married to his ideas, and responded to our wishes while working within our budget. He performed a very thorough cost-benefit analysis that helped us get exactly what we wanted, and was willing to get creative to make it all work. He was also able to explain in clear terms the warranty information and various construction techniques involved. The actual project entailed building a custom pool to integrate into our existing deck and landscaping arrangement. They used a top-quality foundational structure that many of their competitors didn't offer, and that gives us peace of mind. Our yard is slightly sloped, but Paragon put in a retainer wall to solve the issue and everything worked out fine. They got the job done quickly during a busy time, and cleaned up well enough to make us feel like they hadn't been there that day. We definitely recommend them. more

Other than the anticipation of our backyard transformation being completed, the process of building our pool, patio addon, and firepit has been an absolutely wonderful experience. We can't thank David enough for his effort, time, and relentless pursuit for a perfect pool. He has certainly helped us achieve the look we were wanting and we couldnt be happier. We were thrilled with every aspect of the building process, and the final product is outstanding. Everything went very smoothly with Paragon Pools. We had never had a pool before, so we called Paragon Pools blindly. They sat down with us and spent time making drawings and then revising them. We have a great pool now, and we love it. Every step, from the beginning to end, we enjoyed working with Leo and Paragon Pools. I trusted him immediately, and we had instant rapport with him. He did a great job.
