When we decided to have a pool built in our back yard, we knew we wanted a quality company with a good reputation. We eventually chose Paragon Pools from among three other companies, and are very happy with the results.
Paragon combines quality craftsmanship with great customer service. We worked with Dan, and he really listened to us. He wasn't 100 married to his ideas, and responded to our wishes while working within our budget. He performed a very thorough cost-benefit analysis that helped us get exactly what we wanted, and was willing to get creative to make it all work. He was also able to explain in clear terms the warranty information and various construction techniques involved.
The actual project entailed building a custom pool to integrate into our existing deck and landscaping arrangement. They used a top-quality foundational structure that many of their competitors didn't offer, and that gives us peace of mind. Our yard is slightly sloped, but Paragon put in a retainer wall to solve the issue and everything worked out fine. They got the job done quickly during a busy time, and cleaned up well enough to make us feel like they hadn't been there that day. We definitely recommend them.
