I had a full-day package. From the time I walked through the door, I felt a warm welcome. These bone-chilling Maine winters can take a toll. If you are thinking of treating yourself this place makes you feel FABULOUS! From the warmed massage table with Devin's magic fingers working away the tension built-up in my neck and shoulders (and the rest of me), onto Ana's amazing facial on another warm massage table, I just felt the tension melting from me. My skin never looked better or felt softer. Kristin brought my hairstyle to current, all the while explaining my face shape and hair texture and what would work specifically for me. Then I was whisked away to a mani/pedi also with warming paraffin treatments for hands and feet (making skin so soft). The women who work here are happy, amazing, talented and warm. Unlike many spas with the stick-figure mannequins who service you, this is a real place. You feel at home here with the services they provide and outstanding customer service at every step of the way. Every person who works here seems to genuinely love their work and their talent is obvious. I tip my hat to the owners who clearly know what they are doing and have a wonderful business. If you are thinking of a new hairstyle or just need "a break", I would recommend it highly. I am glowing and feel relaxed and wonderful. I'm looking forward to when I can go back again.... Pros: Customer service is #1, talent, warm massage tables, feel amazing when finished. Cons: parking for more than 2 hours is 2 blocks away, but they provide stamps more

This salon Is fantastic! Very friendly.The stylist were busy and seemed current which made me feel in good hands before we started. I love my new hair! Sara was very informative and answerd my many questions with ease. I have never been to a spa or salon I enjoy as much as Paradiso! The staff and quality of services go above and beyond anything I expect every time I visit. Every single employee is more than pleasent, very well informed and seem highly educated. I recently had a full spa day and I am still floating on air! I have my hair cut and colored here as well. I never have had such a great hair style, and never have had so many complements. (Asia does my hair, she is wonderful!) I cannot say enough good about Paradiso. Pros: Everthing about it. Cons: I didnt find them earlier. more
