Supreme Compassion and Care 2/23/2011

Professional, compassionate, organized, intensively involved and enthusiastic... these are my impressions of Dr. Kastner and his staff.\r \r I had searched, read reviews and had appointments with other Vets for consultation and pricing of oral surgery-teeth cleaning, for my Border Collie, Luna. I found Dr. Kastner on par with Cornell University School of Vet Medicine, where I took another dog years ago. My highest compliments and thanks for supreme caring service. more

A Caring Place for Pets 9/28/2010

PV Animal Hospital has taken care of our pets since the early 1990's and there is nowhere else we would ever consider for pet care. We recently had to end the life of our 10 yr old Akita, Kai. The staff was thoughtful and sensitive to us at this most difficult time. They gave us the time we needed to spend with our friend and we will be forever grateful that we chose them as his care givers. They are a wonderful group and we thank them for everything they did for us over the years more

Best Vet Love of animals really shows! 7/14/2010

We had taken our basset hound to another local vet for an ear infection after $3000 and 6 months the vet started talking about plastic surgery for the dog's ear. At that point we knew it was time to RUN quickly to another vet. \r \r We did some research and found Dr. Kastner. The first thing he did was to get down on the floor with the dog the dog thought he was getting loved on and petted, but he was really checking him out. He did a test and found that the ear infection could be treated with a $5.00 prescription from Walmart instead of the very expensive and incorrect antibiotic the other vet had him on and within a matter of weeks the ear was better and has stayed that way. \r \r Now we are moving 2 hours away but we love Dr. Kastner so much that we will gladly make the trip back down to Phoenix for regular vet visits. more

NO BETTER PLACE!!! 4/21/2010

I have shopped around, but I have found people buy from people. Let me tell you that there are no better people than the entire staff at Paradise Valley Animal Hospital!!!!! They work well with both of my Girl's pet insurance (PETPLAN USA), not to mention they answer every ridiculous question that I may have. The staff can?t be beat! Shop around. I dare you. You can?t beat these people or the pride they take in their work!!!!! THEY FRIGGN ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have had many pets with many different Vet?s but Dr. Kastner and Weinker top the cake. I run two businesses; I know service when I see it. This Clinic CANNOT BE BEAT!!!!! more

Best Vets 3/23/2010

Paradise Valley Animal Hospital is the best place in the valley. I've been taking my dogs to them for 13 years and have gotten the best of care. The staff are awesome and everyone is caring and compassionate. You couldn't ask for better people to help you with the care of your animals. more

Hands Down BEST VET EVER! 3/18/2010

AMAZING! This is hands down the BEST vet I have come across in over 25 years of pet parenting. They have a customer for life! Dr. W is simply amazing, I had a emergency VERY bad paw wound on my dog, he expertly repaired the wound, was loving and easy to deal with and I walked out the door at the exact quote I was given before they even saw the wound! I was floored. The "emergency" vet I initially took him too charged 100.00 more just to CLEAN the wound and wrap it, Dr. W did a complete surgery on his paw. I cannot say enough kind things about these guys... more

BEST Veterinary Clinic in the valley. 12/16/2009

I have been taking all my pets there for more then 10 years. Dr. Kastner has known all of our cats and dogs. Both he and Dr Weinacker are seasoned vets with plenty of love and compassion for each animal they treat. The staff are excellent and remember all of the clients and their owners! Location is convenient. Pricing is reasonable. I recommend them all the time and may of my friends have switched to this Clinic with great satisfaction. more

Paradise Valley Animal hospital is AWESOME! 9/4/2009

Dr. Weinacker really cares about his animal patients and it shows every time he comes into an exam room. He is really good with pet owners and the animals. His rates are extremely reasonable, even on the special dog food I purchase for my pets. His staff is excellent as well. I used to take my pets to another clinic about a mile away and was forced to spend a lot more for each visit. I am extremely satisfied with the services at Paradise Valley Animal Hospital. I highly recommend their services. more

Wonderful and understanding vets 4/30/2009

Me and my boyfriend are still on unemployment, but have not received our checks yet, thus, no money. Our dog became very ill and this is the only vet that will see her and let us pay this Tuesday. I called quite a few vets and this is only one that will help us. God bless each and every one of them for helping us poor people out. I can't say enough good things about them. more

My friends the vets 10/7/2008

Drs. Weinacker and Kastner are so special to my animal kingdom. I have seen them for about 7 years and every time they and their staff are wonderful. They are considerate, knowledgeable and try very hard to stay within my budget. I cannot recommend them enough. You can rest easy knowing your pets are in their care. more

I have taken my "girls" here for over 12 years now. I highly recommend either vet for your pets. They know what they are doing, and provide the best care possible. Worth the extra $$ to have peace of mind. more

Putting your Best friend Down 8/2/2008

We have had to put several of our elderly pets to sleep. Taking them to Paradise Valley Animal Hospital was the best thing we could have ever done. They allow us to stay with our friends while they administer the sleeping aids and we get to spend the last few hours with our friends until they are a sleep and say good bye. The staff is very friendly and actually care about your feelings and those of our pets. Dr. Weinaker and Dr. Kastner are the two friendliest and courteous Vets I have ever met. From my family to yours. THANK YOU SO MUCH! more

Veterinarian 7/13/2005

Dr. Karl Weinacker is a great veterinarian. We drove across the valley just to see him. He knows a lot about birds. He took the time to answer all my questions and help me in every way. He was very professional and friendly. The staff was nice and the office was nice too. I would recommend this office for all your pets especially birds! more
