Mediocre at best 6/27/2007

We tried Paradise 33 based on user reviews and the fact that we love Vietnamese food. What a disappointment. The service was rather slow. The food that was listed as ""spicy"" was actually sweet. Too bad the waitress didn't mention that when we ordered because she agreed. It was also twice the price of most Asian restaurants around. We won't return. Try Dalat in Walnut Creek or Thai Village in Pleasant Hill. Both are excellent. Pros: Nice curtains Cons: Large screen TV, slow service, food not as listed, too expensive for mediocre food more

Great food and Environment 3/16/2007

Great food everytime we go. You can either take the kids or go as a couple. Not loud so you can have a nice conversation. My husband and I love it! Pros: Quiet, Good food, Great Service more

Wide variety of oriental food 10/22/2006

Good chinese, japanese and vietnamese food. Lots to choose from on menu. Spring rolls were very good, I had a vietnamese eggplant dish that was excellent. We went with a big group for lunch and staff was very accomodating. I will definitely be returning. Pros: Food, Service Cons: None so far more
