Worst

Had a pipe burst and no running water in a house of 5. Papalia was very responsive and sent someone the next day. The plumber arrived at the promised time and did an expert job...

Extremely Disappointed 8/28/2018

Wish zero starts was an option because I could not be more disappointed. I never write reviews but I just had a terrible experience with these guys and would not recommend them to anyone. They quote you a flat fee upfront which is an inflated estimate of what the job required. After being led to believe that it was a much larger job and agreeing to a flat fee, the actual work only took about 15 minutes. In the end, the per hour rate they charged for their labor was outrageous. Left with the feeling that they are just dishonest and don't treat their customers fairly. more

Boiler gas valve issues. 8/22/2018

Thank you for your speedy response time and quality technical advise. The front office and Mike did their job well. Unfortunately the reason I do not rate the overall call a 5 was the outrageous price Mike quoted. I need a $100. valve replaced with about an hour of labor and the price quoted was over $800. - outrageous. I don't mind paying a reasonable profit but I don't like being gouged. I will go elsewhere. more

Quick service in an emergency situation 8/9/2018

We woke up to a running toilet and when we went to shut off the water the valve started leaking...and also no longer turned off the water either. We clearly had a problem that needed to be solved ASAP. I called Papalia and their very polite and knowledgeable technician was at my house 3 hours later. This is the first time I've used them and am so happy I made that call. more

Not even 24 hours I got a call back from a incredible professional that understood what I was complaining about she apologized and is giving a partial refund and told me about their programs for a l client ! I will become a member soon ! Thank you for all you company’s help ! more

Papalia AC service 7/28/2018

My Trane AC system developed a problem of leaking water from condensation. I went to the Papalia office in the morning and talked to Crystal who offered a service appointment the same day in the afternoon. The technician Branden arrived on time, as promised, quickly identified the problem and fixed it promptly returning the system to work. Excellent job, Thank You. Jacek Figwer, Owner. Concord MA more

Rob arrived and was very friendly. After discussing what I needed he gave me a quote. After I accepted the quote he began the work. He finished in a timely fashion and cleaned up after himself.Kelsey was very helpful. After I made the appointment for the next day, she called me back and said she had an opening for that day. That was great as it allowed me to get the work done right away. more

I Highly recommend Papalia for your Air Conditioning and Electrical needs. From the initial estimate/assessment to the delivery, the team at Papalia were super professional, helpful and prompt. The estimate was on point, the services were great, the overall experience was wonderful. Glen M and his team installed the new system and got rid of the old one cleanly and efficiently. Papalia Plumbing and Heating 4/26/2018

I called Papalia Plumbing for a toilet problem. Luis came and carefully explained the problem. He called Brad and ordered a new toilet. They worked together and put in the toilet. Brad also put in a new water shut-off in the cellar. They both were excellent workers. I appreciated the good job they did and highly recommend them. more

an outstanding job he did to replace our toilet . He did the job in such a quick time. We will have him come back in the spring to replace our subpump down in our basement. We are now using your services now instead of our other plumbing Company we use to use. you always come right out to service us and we dont have to wait days for your people to come.
