What a beautiful restaurant. Impeccable service. Incredible food. We have been to almost all of the finest restaurants in the Valley, and our vote goes to Paolo's for the finest Italian food around -- everything was absolutely gorgeous. more

best Bolognese sauce outside Italy! 7/18/2002

As an Italian living in the South Bay, I have had a difficult time finding food which tastes like home. While Paolo's does take liberties with some traditional Italian dishes, they do it with style and tasty results.
