We drove over 30 minutes to try what we thought was the only Mexican buffet we had found, since we lived out west, and were very disappointed. We got there and were informed that Pancho's Mexican Buffet doesn't really have a buffet. The food was average, my fajitas were overcooked, in fact, the onions on the bottom of the fajita plate were pretty burned. My wife was disappointed in her chicken dish that said it came with a cream sauce, but it seemed to have a heavy mayonaisse-like flavor. On the bright side, our children liked their food. The salsa and cheese dip were pretty good although the tortilla chips weren't - they didn't seem very fresh. In summary, average food, good service, but no buffet as advertised.
Pros: Good service, Good food
Cons: No buffet, Price, No buffet
