Here is what they have completed in 39 days: replaced an ""o"" ring in toilet assembly (3rd time); replaced a defective couch section (no charge, not covered by warranty); repaired stripped screw holes in dining table base; replaced a damaged electrical connector; replaced the A/C with a new one; repaired at least one oven part; re-installed blinds (3rd time); and hopefully they remembered to repair a defective retainer clip in my awning. For my trouble they have serviced the holding tanks. I still have not received word that they are done so it may be another month. Who knows?
Pros: They claim they are doing me favors; I don't know yet.
