It used to be that you could just wander in and have one of the most beautiful Thai meal in America prepared exactly to your taste. Those days are past, not the beautiful food and presentation, but the ease of getting it. Since being discovered -- or rather re-discovered -- following her move from Lincoln Blvd., table at Pam's is a very long-shot unless you book ahead. But, it is so worth it! Plan to make an evening of it. Don't let the modest prices fool you, Pam's is not about fast food, to the contrary, it's about gourment cusine.
Pros: Chef Pam, herself, Superb cooking, Ample free parking
Cons: , Too popular
