Seems to me Oleg is very knowledgeable and does his job with care. I will definitely will come back.

Worst

Took my dog to owner and he promised me he would take great care of her and she came back to me with a chemical burn to her eye. It took 4 wks for it to heal and lots of $$$$. D...

WORST place ever!\r We had to bring our dog to the vet after Oleg shaved her to the point of no fur!\r Our vet and the staff we shocked to see so many nicks and burns and said this place should be held on animal abuse!\r Also, when shop is closed there are dogs left inside alone barking all hours. If you love your dog don't trust Oleg with them alone!\r I have been a dog owner for over 40 years and am astonished this place can get away with treating innocent animals like this. Don't let him bully you into thinking he cares more for animals than people, he is a SCAMMER! more

I take both of my dogs here to Pampered Paws. They are a good groomer. They are fast and reasonably priced. I do not have to worry about questionable staff touching my dogs. I will definitely bring my dog back for grooming services! more

I couldn't find anybody to groom my dog right. Oleg was great. He is very gentle, thorough, and pays attention to details. We were welcomed back and I hope this place will stay in business long! more

Great Owner 12/1/2011

The owner Oleg personally grooms every pet. Oleg provides me with an appointment that will work with my day's schedule. When I pick up my 13 1/2 year old Golden Retriever, Oleg shares anything he noticed about Becky that I should watch, or take her to the vet for. Becky and I love her ""Beauty"" appointments, her hair is so silky smooth & full, and her paws & nails are gorgeous! Thank you for everything that you do for me as a client! more

For the love of dogs 2/23/2011

Oleg and his wife are great. They can even handle my terrierists....2 fox terriers who do not like being groomed...and they come out looking wonderful. They are very knowledgeable not only about grooming but health issues and catch things before they get worse. It is obvious that they not only know but love dogs here. more

Jordan and I are So Cal transplants going on 4 years now. Jordan is of the large dog variety, mix between a chow and a blonde golden retriever. He was a foundling to me, prone to running away and no authority, strong AND headstrong. I LOVE the way Oleg handles Jordan, and the results! Jordan is such a beautiful dog, and Oleg helps to bring it out....wow. more

they are beautiful when they come home. 10/13/2010

We bring our dogs from Oakland to Lafayette to be groomed by Oleg. They are not afraid to go in which means a lot to us. We have three chows who do not like to handled by strangers. As a result, the first time they were very matted and it was tough on Oleg and the dogs, but since then grooming at Oleg's has been a regular event. He takes his time with them and they are beautiful when they come home. It does take a long time, but the results are worth it. more
