Great Dentist! She is professional, pleasant and extremely gentle. She's very smart and is really good at explaining what options you have and describing procedures so you feel like she appreciates your own intelligence and she keeps you interested in what's going on with your teeth. more

I recently moved to Palo Alto and chose them seemingly randomly b/c they took my insurance. I went for a cleaning with Dr Vuong at the El Camino location and it was great. Everyone was really nice- I had actually biked over and was a bit nervous about locking my bike to the bus sign and the receptionist saw me check and told me I could bring my bike around back and store it in the office! And today, my 18 year old bottom retainer became unglued- at 4:30 on a Friday. I called and was seen within 15 minutes at the Park Drive location! Amazing. They are so nice and accommodating. more

The staff have always been very professional, informative, and accommodating. My daughters experiences weren't desirable initially but added doctor's allowed for a change and she seems much more satisfied. more

Friendly staff 9/13/2010

Very professional, knowledgeable and skilled, very friendly staff who welcome you and make you comfortable even though you have to go to the dentist. Helpful to have two locations too, so you don't have to wait months for xrays to have procedures done. Flexible hours are great, too. more

Front desk very cordial and accomodating and friendly. Dr. Hatami who is treating me is the best, the most effective, the most caring dentist i have ever had. He answers my questions even before i ask the question! he has even called me on a consultation on his own time from his home. more

Highly recommend 8/12/2010

I am patient at Palo Alto Dental Care for 10 years and I have to say that this is the best dental service I had in whole my life. Usually dental visits always associated with great stress. Not for Palo Alto Dental. Somehow they make your visits almost stressless. I am not sure how do they achieve that, but probably highest level of expertise has something to do with it. After they finished with my dental work in 2005 I literally did not have a single problem. I highly recommend this dentist to everybody. more

Super Dentist 8/9/2010

Specifically our dentist is Dr. Peter Kono at the Palo Alto Dental Group. I have been going here since I was a child and would never go anywhere else. Dr. Kono has cared for all my family for a number of years. He is really great with children for extractions, root canals and cavity-filling. He knows what each of my children's needs are, in terms of pain thresholds anesthesia. The front office staff is very courteous & helpful. I highly recommend this dentist. more
