"Matt the Terrible", owner of Palm Tire is one business owner that needs a re-tooling in business ethics. I had a terrible service visit with this man and please, would someone tell this guy to retire? He could care less about his customers after the service is completed. He will back his mechanics to the hilt, even if they have performed bad repair operations. Do not fall for his internet page goobilygook. After using this place for many years I have to my rescind my previous four star review of this place due to an extremely costly repair that resulted from lack of proper diagnostic action. In other words, no investigation into what was actually causing the problem took place at all even though the car was there the entire day. The result was a blown engine and nearly five thousand dollars in repairs. It's a sad day when you abuse one of your best customers........we're finished. more

We had my husband's car towed there a couple of times. They gave us a quote of what was wrong with it. Although we did get it repaired I think it was the fuel pump that needed to be replaced and we still continued to have problems so we were not sure if that was causing the problem to begin with. We eventually got rid of it and got a more reliable car. Overall, their service was good, but expensive to get your car worked on. more

i had a serpentine belt fixed by matts company palm tire 3 months ago. the belt fell off of my car today and being that i paid almost $200 for it i figured to call them for help. yes $200 for a serpentine belt but lets move on. matt (the owner) responded it couldnt possibly be his fault and he would not help w the tow or anything. he said his guys couldnt have gotten something as simple as a belt wrong. so i told him i appreciated the faith he had in his guys but less than a year ago i had a $450 brake job done by his crew and had to bring it back twice for my brakes squeeking, so maybe it could be a defective belt or installation issue. long story short when i asked if another shop (because im so far away) found it was a faulty installation or part if hed cover it. matts response was ""im onto you and will take you and the shop to court"". great customer service from a great owner. matt would have had himself an extra $300 for trying to help out if he knew how to treat a customer. stay away from palm tire they will take you to judge wapner. Pros: you can pay less for better but why? Cons: the owner ""is on to you and will take you to court"" more
