EFI Fuel Injector service 12/12/2013

When I brought my car in for a 15,000 mile oil change, I was told that that service included a EFI Fuel Injector service for $130. Subsequently I looked at the Maintenance Log and there was no mention of the need to clean the fuel injectors. more

Professional on phone and in person 9/12/2013

I appreciated the response from the service department when I called in for advise on handling my issue. I was forwarded to a responsible and efficient serve supervisor who was able to reassure me of a solution and set up an appointment for the next business morning. When I arrived on Monday morning, Sean was bright eyed and provided a friendly greeting and reassurance that I would be completed within the hour. The best part was that I arrived at 8:15 for my appointment and was completed as promised within and hour, with my car freshly washed and running properly. more
