Not like it use to be. Prices are still expensive, I do like the reward thing. But there are better options down the street at Ultimate Exposure. Place use to be clean and take care of things, now its run down and no one cares.....customer service is garbage - they just want your money. more

Way overpriced!!! 6/29/2008

I thought this place would be cheaper since it has a lot of competition around but its not. You pay a certain amount of money depending on the bed you want to use, however of course i want to use a good bed, but its a lot for each month and then I can't really change it up with the beds. You kind of have to use the same bed, otherwise why waste the money on the more expensive ones... I noticed that I would stop getting darker using the same bed all the time too! Also, you are charged for freezing your membership each month (not at Ultimate Exposure), lotion is more expensive, and there aren't a lot of options with the beds. more

Saved a ton of $$$ and its clean 8/4/2007

I use to tan down the street.....but I was spending hundreds a month to buy "points" and "minutes" so I could tan.....Then a friend told me about Palm Beach........First, this place is much cleaner...and the girls are very nice and know how I am......but I can tan all the time, on the same bed for only $49 bucks..and they have some kind of rewards thing........all I know is I get things for free just for tanning. Its the best place in town!!!! more

Nice but overpriced 3/24/2006

I came in here because they offered a week or so of free tanning one time and I was immediately bombarded by the sales pitch - sign up for a membership, look at all the different beds, etc. They said I could either go for the week of free tanning or put $50 towards the sign up fee for the membership. Well by the time the lecture was over I didn't even have time to tan. The beds do look really nice and the facility seems extraordinarily modern and clean, but the least expensive membership package is $30 a month. That's just a bit steep for me, especially when they have fewer locations than Ultimate Exposure which only charges $20 a month. more
