Pair-A-Dice Car Wash

Horrible place, came to pick up my car and there was a huge chip of paint missing from my door. All they said was maybe we did if but we aren't gonna do anything about it. None of there signs say anything about no being responsible for damage caused to your car. Never go here! more

Good: first guy nice and personable, lobby nice. Bad: their service really leave something to be desired. I dont think anyone there cares about your vehicle. incomplete job, didn't vacum the passenger seat when asked they vacummed but place my water bottle tipped over filling the passenger seat with water. when I pointed that out, excuses and not taken responsibility for their actions, (this was from one of the managers at that!!), Then they pushed my driver's mirror backwards braking it right out of its joint. Now the mirror wobbles when I drive down the road. Improvements: CHANGE YOUR MANAGER OUTSIDE!, RETRAIN people, learn how to TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for actions taken. "NO EXCUSES". Offer some type of compensation to customers when crap like this.. Other: My first trip there and will not go there again. THREE negatives in ons shot. I pointed out the failure to vacuum the seat, then my water suddenly dumped on the passenger seat and a broken mirror. You add it up! Too much for just a "mistake"!!. more

Good: what did i like about my experience there? not 1 thing.. Bad: the people were rude. obnoxious, horse playing, didn't take their jobs serious at all. i received a full detail from them that took 4 hours and when i received my car they had dirt on my carpets they didnt clean my door panels there was dirt and garbage in the pockets and my cup holders had gunk from when i spilled soda in it. the windows had streak marks and hand prints from where they touched it. they messed up my paint and left marks in it and had wax dried on my bumpers that they didnt remove.. Improvements: the only improvement would be for them to close down!. Other: i will never go there again and i make sure to tell everyone i know not to go there as well. more

This was the detailer I usually recommend to anyone who would ask, until today. Usually they are a great value for excellent service. Usually my car is spotless in and out for around 20.00. Today my side passenger window was down during the ride through the car wash portion. It was up when I left it with them and went inside to wait for my super clean interior service (40.00) when I got back to the car the window was down on the passenger side, and I noticed there was still cheerios on the rear seat. Rather than complain since I had my 3 year old with me, I let it go and drove down the road. It was then I noticed the passenger door window would not close. When I got it home my father-in-law took it apart and found a bracket had broken. I do not think the car wash did this, but as I told the manager when I called them it would have been good customer service to let me know that the interior was washed with the exterior when the car went through the wash. Instead of me finding it out when I drove down the road. more
