When we hired a "professional" painter that states "meticulous detail" on her business card, we expected someone that could paint at least as well as the average do-it-yourselfer....

Crazy gun carrying lady 9/12/2011

Id be scared to hire this lady. She lets all her workers know she carries a gun for "protection" give me a break. Its obviously to threaten with. Doesnt pay her workers either, maybe thats why she carries it. You may be asking how I know, well Ive seen it first hand as told all the workers working that day that if they fell off the ladders, they were fired before they hit the ground. Not to mention she does bad work and is hopped on prescription medication all the time. Seen that as well. You be the judge.good luck more

DO NOT HIRE THIS WOMAN 8/29/2011

She does a terrible job. Her work looks horrible and she'll leave your house a complete mess. more

A joke, except not funny 10/21/2010

Just save yourself the headache and find someone else. Took my money and never finished...one excuse after another. Started my job in July and finished...well, as I just said: she never did finish. Paint on my carpets. Paint on my cabinets. Paint on my newly refinished hardwood. Scratches on my newly refinished hardwood. Mediocre work - I finally got tired of fighting for smooth caulk, straight lines, and even paint. Her drywall work - well, I wouldnt put a flat edge on it. Never there to manange the job. Can't keep employees and apparently based on the verbal altercation between her and one of them at my house - can't or won't pay them either. I firmly believed that if you deal honestly and compassionately with people, they will treat you the same in return...so much for that. Now I get the hassle of taking her to court. Like I said, she was a joke, but not funny at all. more

Painting 10/9/2008

When we hired a "professional" painter that states "meticulous detail" on her business card, we expected someone that could paint at least as well as the average do-it-yourselfer. We asked for the nail holes in the wall to be repaired...this was not done until after the walls had already been painted. There was paint spilled onto the tan carpet and splatters throughout the room. There were paint drips on the wall, paint on the trim and noticeably light paint on the walls. We could see the brush strokes around the trim. We opened the cabinet doors of the aquarium stand and noticed the walls behind that cabinet had not been painted. We were given quite a few references of which I spoke with 3 of them and all said she did a great job for them. She did repair most of the items mentioned above. We just assumed this would not have happened with a professional painter. Also, be prepared to assist in moving your furniture more
