Painted Pig

In all honesty, I have no idea what the review schwarz98 was about. Maybe they came in being rude or something, but the person behind the counter was very nice. If I needed a price, the man would ask for a second so he could pull it up and if he couldn't find it, he said he would call the owner. We ended up buying a ""Gourmet Sugar Cookie"" candle and a few of their blueberry muffins which are really good. more

I am a service provider and bust my behind to give people good service and when I see bad service I notice. I understand when people have bad days, I had a bad day that day as well (l;earned a friend was killed in a car accident) but others dont know that and dont need to hear it if they dont know me. The person that was working the register was so rude, he didn't want to help, was aggitated and even told us he is having a bad day( take it, it was 11am!!) and shouldn't be there!!! My mom was asking him questions on the price of a product and all he said was ""the sign is there it should say""! This has happened twice with the same person and if this is what this place of business wants representing them i feel so sorry for them! The store is beautiful and has great products but if no one is going to help and answer questions why buy? The store right across from Painted Pig made up for such rudeness, they wanted to make money for their business.This store could do so much better if the atmosphere was a more positive and less rude!!! more
