just recently moved to the area and tried a couple of cleaners and I am only using them from now on. I have never had a cleaners that took such extra care of my clothes. You will see the difference the first time you use them and realize like me what you have missing . The counter people are friendly and know you by name and my clothes come back cleaned and packed like no other cleaner I have ever used. more

excellent cleaners 8/16/2010

Although they are located by 59th street bridge, they pick-up and deliver to the city and that is how I found them. I live in N.Y.C. for almost fifteen years and I can without a doubt say they are the best cleaners and shirt laundry I have ever used. Everything comes back as if brand new. I recommend them very highly. By the way their prices are much cheaper than city prices. Try Them. more

wine stains on my shirt 12/17/2009

I took my white dress shirt along with my suit to Packards after my wife accidentally elbowed me while I was sipping a glass of red wine. My tie, My new suit, and my favorite white shirt were all soaked in red wine. I am a customer of Packards for a while ,but I never knew they were so good until now. Everything came back perfect. Customer Service at its Best 11/10/2009

I became a customer of Packard square Cleaners. one month ago Everybody that works there has an infectious smile and a positive attitude which is an extension of the upper management. I received a letter welcoming me along with discount coupons for six months. The quality, service, and the prices are great. amazing tailoring 11/9/2009

I had a custom suit made by supposedly custom tailors in N.Y.C. What a mess. I had given up hope that it could be fixed at all. I thought I threw away $2000.00 dollars. amazing wedding gown cleaning 11/7/2009

I took my totally soiled ,alcohol and food drenched wedding gown to Alpians with no hope whatsoever of getting it back much better than I the shape I took it in. When I went back to pick it up, to my amaezment and great pleasure my gown was stain free and perfect. I gave it back to them to preserve it for my daughter. I am alife-long customer of Packards. THE BEST!!! I will not go anywhere else! 11/5/2009

P.S.C is exceptionally good at what they do. 1) I love my boyfriend and I am always shocked at the torture he inflicts on his clothing. he is no match for Packard S.C From ink to food, they have removed every stain on his nice dress shirts. From the hems on his pants or jeans to the seams on the jackets of the suits, they have fixed every rip and tear. He looks more professional because of their super work. 2)I had a very expensive duvet cover which had several holes in it, in awkward places. I am not kidding, it looks brand new.I would not have believed it,had I not seen it with my own eyes. 3)They pick up and deliver, and are always friendly. How many businesses in N.Y. can you say that about honestly? All of the folks there are just delightful. Thank you P.S.C.. If any one doubts this review, please feel free to message me here. the best dry cleaner in the city 11/4/2009

I have been a city resident for over twenty years, never found a cleaner so balanced as far as price ,quality,service is concerned. Their quality and service is far superior to what they charge. Every item that I send to clean comes back perfect, weather is soiled or stained or wrinkled. Pressing is amazing ,and their packaging i s perfect. Through a friend's recommendation I started to use the services of Packard Cleaners. My friend was %100 right,these people know the dry cleaning business very well. What impresses me most is their punctuality, when a delivery is promised for a certain day, one should not worry whether the delivery will be done on time. I am working with Packard Cleaners now almost for six months the quality of work and the service is excellent. Highly recommended. My shirts are the most important part of my clothing, so when I say I am very fussy of how they are laundered I am dead serious. Finally, after searching for years I found perfect place at Packards. They do a perfect hand-press shirt and the price is almost cheap compared to what they deliver. I am so happy I also started sending my dry-cleaning there too. saved my wedding gown 11/2/2009

MY WEDDING WAS THE GREATEST. The problem was the shape of my wedding gown after the wedding. Food ,cake, wine, grease and shoe stains at the bottom, you name it it was on my gown. They said they had to work on it a long time and did not guarantee the outcome(understandably). When they called me to pick it up my heart was pounding. When I checked my gown I thought it was somebody else' gown. It was perfect. No stains and white as snow. I am forever grateful to Packard Square cleaners. Thanks Pros: best wedding gown cleaner more

took the shine away from my suits 10/31/2009

I just started to use Alpians and asked them if they can remove the shine from my dark color suits. I was at such a point that I was thinking of buying new suits.
