Angelica Cruz served me so well! 3/24/2018

I have been looking for California car insurance lately, and the whole process has been a long, drawn-out process filled with finding documents and follow-up calls and emails. Today I spoke with Angelica Cruz regarding low cost auto insurance, and she was so helpful, kind, patient, and enjoyable! She made this stressful process more easy-going. Angelica is so good at her job and so personable! I am so thankful for the service to me today. I highly recommend this Pacific Preferred Insuance, based on the customer service I received. I'm surprised by the way monthly (EFT) keep going up AND even without notice. It can create (none S.F) in the account AND CARDS ARE DELAYED more
