PNWA with Dr. Ha-Sheng Li gives outstanding service in a very pleasant atmosphere. She is extraordinary for our region with her superb knowledge of audionlogy and specifically age related hearing loss. While new to her services I wilil utilize this service as long as the need is there and she remains available to me. Outstanding. more

The best! 1/18/2013

I was tested for my hearing loss by Dr. Li- Korotky some time ago. I was very impressed with her work and she explained every thing she did so I would be knowledgeable about my hearing health. I was fitted with a set of test hearing aids in the 16th and am very satisfied with them so far, as well as with Dr. Li-Korotky. Stephanie, the appointment coordinator, was very helpful and very able to make me comfortable on my visit's...Thank you so much Dr. Li-Korotky and staff..... more

I and my husband John was very pleased with the friendliness of the secretary and of Dr. Li Korotky. We were impressed with the knowledge that Dr. Li Korotky showed us. The detailed testing and the printout was so informative. We were really pleased with our exoerience. Thank you. more

Great Experience 12/13/2012

I brought in my 2 month old son for a Hearing Screening and he was very active. Dr. Li-Korotky was so patient with him and tender. She took time to explain everything and made us feel right at home. Thank you for such a nice experience. more

So thankful and excited to finally understand! 12/9/2012

After having many years of somewhat unintelligible speech, and hearing loss, it was so great to go to Dr. Li-Korotky and actually understand the sounds that my son was not hearing well. We now can work more specifically on his speech articulation! Thank you!! more

Very informative, and helpful for our children's hearing 12/9/2012

Dr. Ha-Sheng Li-Korotky, was so patient and willing to do what it took to get an idea at where my daughter's hearing was at. She then took more time to make sure we understood the results and strategized the best course of treatment for her. It's so refreshing to be with a Doctor who will take time with their patients! more

Thankful 11/22/2012

Dr. Li-Korotky and her staff are awesome...My young grandson was very nervous about going to a new Dr...When we got there they made every attempt and beyond to make us comfortable...Dr.Li spent so much time making sure my Grandson's hearing aids worked properly for him...I want to say thank you from the receptionist to the Dr. for all the time and emotions they gave us...We are so thankful to find such a wonderful Dr. and staff... more

Grateful! 10/17/2012

After examining my father for hearing disorders, Dr. Li-Korotky suspected a medical problem, so she referred him to an ENT specialist for further examination. And MRI showed a slow growing brain mass, even though he had no symptoms. If it wasn't for Dr. Li-Korotky, my father's brain tumor would have remained untreated until it was too late. Thank you for putting the health of your patients first. You added years to the life of our father and we are filled with gratitude. more

Compassionate Care 10/10/2012

I took advantage of Dr. Li-Korotoky's free hearing assessment. I felt welcomed and that I was in very competent hands. Some of the highlights of my visit include: 1) Dr. Li's warm personal style; 2) the thoroughness of the assessment; 3) Dr. Li's very clear explanation of my hearing issues and possible remedies. When the time comes for me to consider hearing aids, I will most definitely return to Pacific Northwest Audiology. I have full confidence in Dr. Li and the services she provides. more

My first hearing test 10/3/2012

I met Dr. Li-Korotoky at the Bend Senior Center. Dr. Li-Korotoky was extremely easy to speak with. She was thorough and answered any questions I posed. The exam dealt in depth not only to my hearing but my misunderstanding of words. She also dealt with a medical issue which had occurred several years earlier that appeared to have effected my tympanic membranes. I was definitely pleased with Dr. Li-Korotoky and the welcome service I received from Pacific Northwest Audiology. more
