Examination and consultation 5/29/2013

Stephanie was very cordial greeting me on my arrival and extremely helpful assisting me with initial paper work. Dr. "Li" was very professional and thorough while conducting my examination. Upon completion of the examination, she interpreted the results and explained my options as to how I might remedy my hearing loss. An over-all pleasant experience with Pacific Northwest Audiology. more

Extreamly Educational and Caring people 5/18/2013

It was a great experience, wonderful reception from the minute you walk through the doors. Hearing test was very interesting and learned a lot. Dr was very kind and very well educated and wants her patients to be that way so we know what to expect in our futures. Would recommend to anyone. more

i lost hearing in my left ear completely and the doctor was able to explain to me how this could of happened,she was very upfront and knowledgeable . i'am very satified with how comfortable i was the and the receptionist there was wonderful kind and funny so u don't have to feel like its a doctors office it feels more like ur seeing a friend. more

My husband and I both had our hearing evaluated. The doctor is very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. My husband got fitted with the best, newest technology hearing aids. We are extremely satisfied and would recommend the doctor highly. more

NEW CLIENT 3/23/2013

This was my initial visit and had the most comprehensive hearing test EVER. WOW did I learn a lot about my hearing issues. Fortunately, Dr. Li-Korotky persuaded me to address my hearing problems. I now have Lyric hearing aids and am very satisfied with the new ability to hear what I have been missing for years. Thank you! Now, if we could only solve the Tinnitus problem..... more

First Time Experience 3/13/2013

My first experience with Pacific Northwest Audiology was absolutely wonderful. From the time we walked in meeting Stephanie until we left. We were pampered and then had the pleasure of meeting and spending time with the Dr. She is the most knowledgeable person I have ever met concerning Audiology. I would highly recommend that everyone at least go in and get pampered and infused with audiology knowledge. more

Services 3/11/2013

We are very very happy with the way we were treated at the appointment. The Doctor took alot of time to talk with us about the results of the tests that were performed on him for his hearing loss, the recommendations of device for him, and she was real easy to talk to concerning the financial burden of the cost for his hearing aids. We were welcomed and felt like what we needed and felt really mattered to them. I highly recommend Pacific Northwest Audiology to anyone who needs this service. more

Awesome! 2/8/2013

I have always wondered if I had some minor hearing loss because I speak very loudly. So i went in to see Dr. Li-Korotky. She easy to talk to and can teach you a lot. I learned how and why hearing loss occurs naturally as you age. She explained it all in a easy to understand way that i thought it was very interesting.The test was in depth and precise.Turns out my hearing is perfect and that I have no idea how to whisper, good to know. more
