Everything I was looking for in a property manager! They are professional and prompt. I have also found them to be diligent in their duties and patient in explaining them to me. more

Both the management and maintenance are of POOR quality. Plumbing, and electrical have issues. Their decision-making is suspect regarding appliances and general quality standard. Absolutely nothing gets done unless there is a complaint, and then only just enough to suffice, and not in a timely fashion. Insects seem to be a consistent problem after speaking to other tenants. Ants, ticks, fleas, flying ants, spiders, just to name a few. So many bites you can't keep track! Seriously. The only saving grace is their places are cheap. But, in retrospect, definitely NOT worth it. Also, their attitude changes dramatically once the lease is signed. They spend a lot of time trying to pass blame. Make sure anything they agree to gets done prior to moving in, because later their memory becomes clouded. On obvious things like appliances, where you wouldn't forget if you needed to buy a refrigerator, or fix a gaping hole. Cons: too many more

Absolute worst management company EVER.\r My Husband and I rented from this company, it is run by a woman, LaDonna Cravens. \r Right after we moved in, someone we knew warned us that she was awful. I was really hoping that they were wrong, but they were right.\r LaDonna is extremely lazy and if you need anything done, she is a total lagger. She is very nice and pleasant until the lease is sign. Then all of a sudden she never returns emails or phone calls, and she acts like it is a burden for her to do anything to maintain the property. \r When we were in the process of moving out we were harassed by her and her employees to show the place. She actually posted on a Real Estate site, my personal cell phone number and said to contact me for a showing. When I asked her about it she said, ?I believe I told you about it.? What tenant wants to deal with that? ?she NEVER told me about it. I told her my personal cell phone number needed to be taken off and she said she would, but she never did. I was still getting phone calls a week after moving out. I actually had to have my sister launch a complaint with that real estate website, and they threatened her with a fine before she took my information off.\r Obviously it was a struggle getting our full deposit back, we actually are still owed money. Thankfully I took photos before we moved in and video when we moved out. We found out later that a pipe had burst after we moved out and so we figured that she was trying to get what she could from us. She?s a very shady and pathetic person. \r The ?invoice? she provided us to supposedly prove they had to clean the place was a sadly forged receipt she filled out.\r I am glad we moved out and we don?t have to deal with this horrible, horrible company. PLEASE BEWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Pros: NO PROS - They are very deceiving Cons: Worst management, rude, dishonest, fictious, and pathetic liars. more
