Pacific Homeworks produced the good job promised. I would be pleased to suggest them to others. The initial presentation was convincing. Both crews worked very hard and very well as a team and the follow up was impressive. My house looks great! more

The carpenters and plumber were very good 6/21/2011

The craftsmanship shown by all of the men working on the kitchen was excellent. I would like to point out the outstanding effort put forth by Benito. Not only was his work good but he was very conscientious of the quality of his work. He would not do anything that he felt was not the best way to handle the situation. The floor tiler (I cannot recall his name) was super careful in lining up the travatine tiles. The carpenters and plumber were very good at what they do. The electricians bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with the electrical work more

Pacific Homeworks produced the good job promised 6/13/2011

I was pleasantly pleased with both crews. The men worked so hard and so well as a team. When I became concerned about a potential problem, Richard the team supervisor, produced photos of my roof """"in progress"""" and a reasurring explanation. My concern was unfounded but was treated with respect. Pacific Homeworks produced the good job promised. I would be pleased to suggest them to others. more

Wonderful team of salesmen and hard workers 6/9/2011

I approached a roof system replacement cautiously. I once had the awful experience of a seam cave in with terrible inconvenience and financial consequences. This offer was presented in great detail with pictures of exisisting roof problems and how to avoid them. The presentation and videos convinced me Pacific Homeworks was capable of a good job. more

Thoughtful workers 6/6/2011

To those that complain of dirt and dust, of course there will be, it is construction. The company swept and pressure rinsed the area before they asked me to do the walk around inspection. Oh and I never had a high pressure sell before I decided to sign on to the two projects. I had the contract totally explained to me and read thru everything before I signed the dotted line. Believe me, I dealt with some bad companies before and searched before deciding on Pacific Homeworks. And no I am not a paid spokesperson just a fully satisfied customer. more

Professional and udnerstanding 6/2/2011

I recently finished two home projects with Pacific Homeworks and couldn't be happier. One was the roof and the other was exterior trim, exterior wood replacement and gutters. I had been assigned a crew supervisor and had their cell phone number that I could contact at any time and then a on-site crew member who talked me thru each step that was being completed. The roof was taken down to the slant wood main frame and new roofing placed on. The project was done with little disturbance and EVERYTHING completed down to city inspection in three days. The exterior took a week but had much more to do with all the wood replacement (which I saw before the replacement and approved). I dealt with a professional group of men who went out of their way on more than one occasion to make sure I was satisfied with their work, had a walk around inspection and signed a Completion Form. more

The workers were terrific. They were pleasant and I was amazed at how quickly they could put the new windows in. They were three fairly large windows and they did a great job. Very efficient and timely and cleaned up so well you hardly knew they had hone the job. I know because the windows were so much nicer than the ones I had! They certainly knew what they were doing and did it well. more

Very Pleased 4/19/2011

This is my first experience with Pacific Homeworks and I am very pleased. I am a new home owner that experienced water damage after all of the rains this winter. Pacific Homeworks was prompt, helpful, polite and professional. They quickly understood the cause of the problem (which other contractors had missed) and explained several possible solutions, in an effort to save me unnecessary expense. I feel very well taken care of by this company and will absolutely call on them again. more

Great Company 4/5/2011

Pacific Homeworks is a great company when it comes to customer service. They really went extra mile when it came to make sure I was happy. I've had all the windows in my home replaced with the Atrium dual pane window and believe these are the best window for the price. Everyone was very professional from the rep who gave the most informative presentation to the install crew whom answered every question I had. I have no problem recommending Pacific Homeworks to anyone who is thinking of having new windows installed. more

Your ""guys"" were great! My huge family was in their faces, and under their feet, and they stayed professional in all their work. They answered our questions without any sign of frustration. Nothing phased them (old people, babies, teens - no problem)! They put everything right in my house by 1pm and made everyone comfortable with the results - Thanks for sending them. more

We are very satisfied with our new roof in our house. The materials are made with good quality and make our house look nicer. Our new roof insulates us against the cold and hot weather. I strongly believe we to a great decision installing our roof with Pacific Homeworks. Everyone did their job in a time manner and I highly recommend them. All the work was completed and was very nice and clean. Everything was cleaned up and they did a good job. The workers were very nice guys. They even did a final walk through with me. I am very satisfied, I love it. I would use them again if I need more work done and I would recommend them to friends and family. more
