Luis called half hour prior to appointment and confirmed time. Arrived on time. He was pleasant and professional. Reviewed the purpose of the service call. He told me what he would be doing and how long it would take him. Answered all questions. Left work area clean. more

Serice call on Boilers 9/11/2017

Jose serviced the 2 boilers and replaced the igniters which were failing. He showed up on time and did a good job. more

Mauricso and Joe installed a pool heater for our company today. Just wanted to say that both were nice and professional. The service was prompt and they showed me how to set the heater before they left. They even wiped the unit off as they left. Would recommend this company and these techs. more

Very Kind & Accomadating 3/14/2017

Luis was awesome!! He kept in touch with me before he arrived. He told me the problem and the cost. If he does the job today it's overtime and we chose to do it today and he never made a face or got upset. He said ok no problem let's do it. He explained everything to me in detail and it went very smoothly. He is a total asset to this company. He never complained not once. I asked a lot of questions and he never got upset. He just kept working with a smile on his face. more

Competent and Persistent! 2/20/2017

Our condo's pilot light went out right after a storm- we had no hot water. Pacific sent out Jose L. who replaced a melted component, did some rewiring and got our hot water heater up and running. This took several hours. He was very diligent, persistent and competent, working on a cold,dark,wet roof. This was on a Saturday night. We were all grateful that Pacific sent out Jose L. who did a great job on a holiday weekend and restored our hot water. more

Hot Water 2/6/2017

Our condo building has periodic problems with hot water being delivered efficiently by our rooftop boiler resulting in lots of wasted water waiting for it to heat up. Jonathan Morales impressed me immediately with his knowledge of how our boiler works and this was his first visit to our building. He diagnosed the problem quickly and cleaned the pump line. He also gave me good information about how everything works. He is excellent. more

Installation of hot water system and broiler 1/23/2017

Miguel was terrific. The job started on time and he worked well into the evening until completion. He stayed to make sure that hot water was available and removed the old system. I was very nervous about the crane (4 story building) and installation process and it all went smoothly. Top notch service and great follow up to make sure all was running smoothly. I highly recommend Pacific Energy. You won't be sorry. more

I manage an apartment building in N. Hollywood. Pacific Energy has been servicing our boiler for longer than I have been manager, over 10 years. I called for emergency service, received a call back in about 10 minutes (since its the weekend, I got a v/m for emergency service). Jonathan arrived before the time he eta. Explained the problem, fixed it and we were up and running with hot water again!!! Yay!!! Jonathan is Awesome!!!!!! Thank You!!!! more
