Great Honest Service 3/16/2018

Benny and the company are great to work with. We have used them at our Hotel for quite some time and Benny called to confirm the time he will arrive and handled everything perfectly. Wish I didn't have to pay but with service like this, I am happy to do so. I would recommend this company and Benny for his work anytime! more

Knowledgable and efficient 3/14/2018

Benny M was very knowledgable, honest, helpful, and efficient. Right away he knew the problem with the water heater was the blower. He helped restore hot water to our building for the time being while we await official repair. He assured me that I would not have to worry. more

Wonderful service for our restaurant 3/10/2018

I'm a manager at Sotto Restaurant in Los Angeles. Jose L came to fix our water heaters. He was prompt, friendly, and totally resolved our issue. Benny from Pacific Energy Service was terrific. He came when he said (actually called to let me know he was on the way) When he arrived he got right to the problem and knew how to fix it. He stayed around to make sure everything was working and would continue to work. Great experience. more

Water heater 1/26/2018

Following a late night service call for lack of hot water in the building, Pacific Energy sent a technician first thing the next morning. Jose L. was well-prepared and courteous. He replaced a defective part and checked the entire water heater. He pointed out that the pump is wearing out and will send an estimate for replacement of that part. His suggestion of having a maintenance contract was appreciated, as this will save on any parts that need replacing. more

We signed-up for Pacific Energy Service Inc. since November of 2014. They very first technician who came for the maintenance service was Tony. Then and now, he was still the same technician - very detailed, professional and making sure everything was neat in the work area. I would always request for him as I am confident with his expertise. more

Saved the Holiday 11/24/2017

Fabulous Service 11/16/2017

We had Pacific Services install a complete new boiler system yesterday. the four techs: Daniel, Mauricio, Luis and Joe were fantastic. They were everything you would expect in a professional installation. They were on time to start and complete the work. They were neat and clean the entire time and they communicated everything. I don't think they could have done anything better. The system is fully up and running and working flawlessly. I would highly recommend Pacific Energy and all four of these techs. more
