I went to this place once 2 years ago when it was under the old ownership and under the name PACIFIC STEREO. Needless to say walked out without buying anything as you can see by the previous reviews from 2009. I don't know what prompted me to go back. I think it was the name change but I was pleasantly surprised. I got a very good deal and I didn't feel like I was being rushed or pressured into buying anything. The installation technicians were very nice. They did not leave my car a mess and did not damage anything in the course of installation. I would recommend this place to all my friends. more

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE OR THE ONE IN GARDEN GROVETOO. THE STORE LOOKS VERY ATTRACTIVE FROM THE OUTSIDE.IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A CAR STEREO EQUIPMENT, TV VIDEO FOR YOUR CAR,IPOD HOOK-UP OR RIMS THESE TWO STORES ARE NOT THE PLACE TO BUY. YOUR BETTER OFF BUYING AT BEST BUY. TWO PERSIAN GUYS ARE TELLING YOU SOME MUMBO-JUMBO STORY THAT THEY CAN FIND ANY ITEMS YOU NEED AND GIVE YOU THE BEST DEAL IN TOWN. BUT DONT,THEY PRETTY MUCH BULLY YOU,IN BUYING SOME CHEAP STEREO,TV MONITOR,RIMS OR HAVING YOUR INSTALLATION FAIL ON YOU AND THEN MAKING YOU BELIEVE YOUR GETTING A GREAT DEAL.THEY TELL YOU THEY HAVE THE TOP OF THE LINE EQUIPTMENT AND DO GREAT INSTALLATION.YOU ARE DOOMED ONCE YOU GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD, MONEY, ECT..ONCE THEY ENTICED YOU IN BUYING A PRODUCT OR INSTALLING AN EQUIPTMENT, THEY BECOME PRETTY MUCH NASTY, NEVER TELLING YOU THAT ALL SALES ARE WITH ""NO REFUND."" I went over this weekend to fix (re-fix I've gone 5 times) the sound system in my truck which I spent over 3K on. The store manager ""Brian"" was one of the rudest middle eastern people I have ever met. He said he didn't have time to look at a system that was out of warranty until I finally explained that I was willing to pay for parts and labor if he would simply look at it. He sent me away and told me to come in on Sunday at 09:00 and he'd have me ""In and out"". It took him 1 hour and 40 minutes fix my sound system which in turn failed 4 hours later. When I called him back stating that I would return for him to finish the job/do the job right he said he was too busy and to ""come back sometime next week"". I then told him that I would simply find another place to fix the sound system but if he could please refund me my money to which his response was ""that will never happen"". I then got the issue fixed at another store from someone who wasn't even the sound technician in less than 60 seconds and he charged me nothing for it. I strongly urge anyone who considers going to the store to make a 90 degree turn and drive yourself somewhere else. Pros: They have a big screen TV in their lounge you can watch while you're waiting for ""Brian"" to mistreat you Cons: Pretty much everything. The biggest being that they haven't fired the store manager yet. more
