Review content:
I went over this weekend to fix (re-fix I've gone 5 times) the sound system in my truck which I spent over 3K on. The store manager ""Brian"" was one of the rudest middle eastern people I have ever met. He said he didn't have time to look at a system that was out of warranty until I finally explained that I was willing to pay for parts and labor if he would simply look at it. He sent me away and told me to come in on Sunday at 09:00 and he'd have me ""In and out"". It took him 1 hour and 40 minutes fix my sound system which in turn failed 4 hours later. When I called him back stating that I would return for him to finish the job/do the job right he said he was too busy and to ""come back sometime next week"". I then told him that I would simply find another place to fix the sound system but if he could please refund me my money to which his response was ""that will never happen"". I then got the issue fixed at another store from someone who wasn't even the sound technician in less than 60 seconds and he charged me nothing for it. I strongly urge anyone who considers going to the store to make a 90 degree turn and drive yourself somewhere else. Pros: They have a big screen TV in their lounge you can watch while you're waiting for ""Brian"" to mistreat you Cons: Pretty much everything. The biggest being that they haven't fired the store manager yet.
