PRC Alliance Pain Relief Centers - Palm Coast

These may be very good doctors but the office staff is difficult to deal with~I would even go so far as to call them rude & incompetent. Asked to come back for a very important appt & office staff wrote wrong date on card~by a month. I was billed repeatedly for the whole bill (for both visits) when insurance covered it all. Was brushed off several times when calling about the matter~when I got through! Still trying to resolve! After waiting so long to get someone on the phone they are snippy and unaccomodating!!! You can call several times a day and never get through..a busy signal or you are directed to an answering service & eventually disconnected. Who has time for this? It's unfortunate~but what is the good in having a great doctor when you can never get through to the office by phone, & dealing with the staff in person makes the visit stressful...like it's not stressful enough! If you cannot stand this kind of culture in a doctor's office do not go here! more

My regular GYN was in Daytona and when I was looking for a new one, I chose one locally. That doctor was Dr. Brown. I ended up needing a hysterectomy and I could not have asked for a better doctor than Dr. Brown. Even the nurse told me that Dr. Brown was the only doctor she thought of when she herself needed a hysterectomy. \r \r He has one of the best bed-side manners I've ever experienced with a doctor and I would recommend him to anyone! When I had a remainder due after my insurance, his office was wonderful enough to work with me towards paying it off. I was a little hesitant about going with a male GYN but I certainly did not regret it one bit! more
