PK Electric is GREAT! 5/13/2008

I wanted to write a quick note as a positive reference for PK Electric. I had work done twice at my home. The first time, I had a guy stop by and fix some light switches that were incorrectly wired. I also had him work on some outlets that I wanted switched out. He was quick, thorough and very pleasant. The second time I had more work to do, and the company sent two guys. The two guys weren't as experienced as the first guy, but as soon as I mentioned this fact to PK Electric, they accordingly adjusted my bill to reflect the difference. All work was performed in a satisfactory manner and they were on time and diligent. more

No Call Back 2/1/2007

Based on the website review of a five star business, I called P K Electric because I need an circuity breaker replaced. I was advised that they charged $95 per hour and that some one named "Robert" would call me back. This was around noon on 1/18/2007. After no callback by 7:15 p.m., I assume that my job is too small for this business and that they chose to ignore me. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this company for customer service. I would recommend PK Electric for any electrical work 6/15/2005

Their prices seem pretty good for the quality of their work. They do both Residential and Commercial work. They do a great job, are very reliable, and easy to work with. We just had them do all new electrical in our basement and put in electrical for a new kitchen. If you call them please be sure to tell them that you were referred by Jae Parks. I personally know some of their employees and they all seem to be great people and workers. more
