PI PIPER INC

I contracted Pi Piper for replacing a valve on my furnace in Dec 2013. The response time was quick. Ale, the owner, and his son David came to my house on time and the work was excellent and fairly priced. David did most of the work and dad helped by responding to David's needs for tools or parts. David is the beneficiary of his father's experience and knowledge in the field. David is a polite, quiet young man and he sure is a good plumber if my repair job is any indication. Ale, the owner/father was very open and patient to my questions, especially when I inquired about the negative review on this blog. Both men freely answered questions about other issues I had in my house. Pi Piper will unquestionably be my first call when I have furnace and plumbing concerns. more

Aweful customer skills with this guy. Very rude and persistent. I had a burner that was not working and he insisted upon redoing all the piping in the house. more

We had a pipe burst in our kitchen over the winter. So we had re-do the plumbing in the kitchen. Ale did all the plumbing in our kitchen. He fixed the broken pipe and installed the new sink and dish washer. While he was in the wall, he also fixed the angle on the plumbing coming out of the bathtub, so now the bathtub drains properly. We are very happy with new kitchen and functioning tub. We were so happy, when our furnace died this spring, we had him replace that. Ale is a great plumber. more
