A unique ""below ground setting"" makes PGE Park a very interesting place to attend baseball. I've been going to games since it was ""Historic Civic Stadium"", and continue going to see the Portland Beavs (including today's game). The park has a seating capacity of 18,000, so getting tickets in advance isn't always necessary, unless possibly a Thirsty Thursday or a Sunday Afternoon game. My favorite aspects of the ballpark are the outfield background (Stone wall in left field, Multnomah Athletic Club positioned behind right field, and especially seeing the MAX cruise past the stadium. An old-fashioned stadium in a great urban city makes PGE Park a great place to watch baseball without spending a fortune on tickets!
Pros: Great Atmosphere, Scenery
Cons: Lack of leg room, no ""Stadium parking""
