Excellent cuisine! Great ambience! Friendly & prompt service! Great price! What more can you ask for? Visit this place very often and never get tired of recommending them to friends & colleagues! OUR FAVORITE LUNCH TIME PLACE 12/10/2010

For lunch we have been quite a few time. We ususlly call in the order. As we drive up the parking us pretty bad. But, thank god they have a valet parking. The customer service is OUTSTANDING. I have never had a bad time here at PF Chang. The rest. is very busy and so because the food is very good. If you haven't tried this place you should.... it is terrific. I recommend this place. more

My Love/Hate relationship with P.F. Chang's 10/15/2010

Ok, so my boyfriend lives in Sunnyvale, and he LOVES P.F. Changs. I, on the other hand, don't.\r \r I get that it's Chinese ""bistro"" food, but really? Almost 10$ for friend rice? \r \r It's over-priced, and the wait here for the food is really long. Also, and this might be petty but, it's been a really hot summer, and I ordered a glass of Coke, maybe Pepsi, I don't remember. Anyways, I got a refill, and then towards the end of the meal, I asked for another refill. The server tells me, ""wow, that's a lot of caffiene, are you sure you need another refill?""\r \r Whaaaaaaa?\r \r So, yeah, just get me my drink, don't be lazy about it and try to cover that up with superficial concern. more

For sake of your business, please replace your hostesses 9/26/2008

Needless to talk about the food. PF Chang restaurants serve pretty much the same food. Now let's talk about the service. The servers usually do an adequate job smiling, answer questions the customers might have and serving the food. Food and service often come a bit slow but I can take that. The problem lies on the fact that almost EVERY time I go I encounter bad host/hostesses. Tonight there were three hostesses standing there slacking off. They didn't even bother to greet us. Worse off they were absolutely impatient to me asking simple questions like: 'How long are we supposed to wait?' I have no idea what the heck it was that backed their rudeness. I'm sure it wasn't their looks! One advice to the managers: 'Hire new host/hostesses ASAP. Sometimes the customers look for more than just not-so-authentic-but-edible Chinese food.' Pros: Not much. Visit another PF Chang if possible. Cons: Irresponsible hostesses. Slow service. more

Terrible service 9/23/2007

This restaurant is impresive to see. Thats the good news.\r The atmosphere is very noisy.\r The food is just OK.\r But the service is an ABSOLUTE DISASTER. You had to put the soup in your bowl yourself. oh well! but when the main dishes came there were no dinner plates on the table. It took several requests to get the plates while the food sat there and got cold. The waiter never came back to ask if everything was OK or refill our water glasses. Again it took several requests for more tea. Long wait for the bill.\r I left a 10% tip but it should have been ZERO. Waiters and management not doing their job. Poor and slow service 1/1/2007

It took a while for a waiter to come by to take our order. We placed the order and people at other tables who arrived later received their order before ours. They ordered soup the same as ours, but yet we received ours later. We also saw the waiters serve the soup to the other tables, but they did not for us. They just set the bowls and the soup on the table and walked away.\r \r Food was not hot at all. It didn't take long before the food was already cold before we could finish. The A/C turned on during a cold day doesn't make sense either. more

Rush on weekends 11/23/2006

The place is crowded on weekends, be prepared to wait. Very limited choices for vegetarians. Lettuce wrap and garlic eggplant were good. You need to be enlightened to eat the Buddha vegetables. Fried rice and chow mien are worth trying. more

BAD< BAD< BAD Service 10/30/2006

I will never go to this place again. My boyfriend and i went here for our anniversary and we waited an hour and a half for our table. Our pager finally beeped, and the host told us to wait on the side and the next waiter will seat us. We stood there for another 20 minutes and when i asked the host what the status was, she gave me attitude and said, ""has your pager beeped yet? b/c if it didn't then obviously your table is not ready!"" I was in shock that she would even speak to me that way b/c i was only asking her when we would be seated. I told her that you told us to stand over to the side. She rolled her eyes and grabed some menus and threw it on the table. On top of that, we had to wait another 20 minutes just to have someone bring us water. The food is not worth the price. I will never go here again. more

P.F. Don't Know Chinese 10/30/2005

Went there with the cousin once. Thought we would try it. This is basically a Chinese version of Happi House or Olive Garden, or Red Lobster. Food is as authentic as much as a whale is a fish, or that an eggplant is actually made of egg. The only thing good I remember about my dinner was the dumpling appetizer. Actually, I don't remember whether the dumpling appetizer was fried, boiled or steamed. Only that it involved dumplings. The Kung Pao something-or-other was Paoless. This dish is supposed to be spicy, but was less spicy than Rice Krispies. I may not be Chinese, but I have lived overseas long enough in Taiwan to know what is good Chinese food. Outstanding Place! 8/6/2005

PF Chang's Bistro has always been one of my first choices. The dim ambience makes it perfect for an evening out and the food is terrific.The 'Lettuce Wraps' are awesome and 'Changs spicy chicken' ,'Fried Bananas' are my usual request. Also they have always provided outstanding service. I was there once on our anniversary, and they got a little dessert for us (on the house) which added an extra charm to the day! I realize this is a chain, and I normally don't like chains, but I love PF Changs. The mongolian beef is delicious, tender pieces of BBQed beef with scallions and a soy-BBQ sauce. Great atmosphere, plus a full bar. more

While the entire presentation of this restaurant chain is fancy and elegant, the food really doesn't measure up. If you're looking for authentic Chinese food, this isn't the place to go. On the other hand, it's a great place for business lunches or dinner dates. The service is good and they even have valet. This restaurant is disgusting. The noodles I ordered were hard and dry like they were sitting out for hours. The chicken dish (I forgot what it was called) was decent but not great. I do not recommend this place because of the poor quality. Pros: environment Cons: food, food, food more

Authentic or not, PF Changs has some great dishes. I love the mongolian beef and the dan-dan noodles. The wait can be long on certain days, but they gat a bar so no problem! more

The food at PF Chang's is uninspired and of poor quality. Flavors and textures are comparable to that of supermarket Chinese food... definitely not worth eating. Even the rice is bad, tasting more like Uncle Ben's instant, than freshly steamed rice. Pros: Looks nice more

CHANG'S CHICKEN IN SOOTHING LETTUCE WRAPS& CRAB WONTONS are great appetizers. LO MEIN, STEAMED ""FISH OF THE DAY"", and OOLONG MARINATED SEA BASS are great main dishes. The BANANA SPRING ROLLS are just too good to be true. You can call in for reservations now. I had a big party in 03/03 and didn't have any problems. Very non-traditional, chic chinese eatery. Nice place, decent food. The noodles we ordered did not give us the pleasure regular chomein does, but chicken dishes were good. Very expensive though but portions are large. Recommend for adventurous types. Pros: ambiance, service Cons: price more
