The PC USA software company is simply great. I read many testimonials and I compared with many others. Compared to other software company, what I understand is PC has to implement some more things but the technologies that they have at present are useful and productive. more

Great Technology of PC USA 2/3/2012

PC USA has great technological tools. I consulted with the manager of PC USA to get some suggestions to get repaired my broken computer shop. According to the manager’s suggestions, I was able to change all the processes in my computers. It facilitates the communication with the clients and after that; I did not get any complaints from my customers who used to complaint about my service. Thanks to PC USA. more

I am so happy I found them 2/1/2012

PC USA - Data Recovery Team are my rescuer. When the hard drive on my macbook failed which I'm going to use for my presentation, I immediately took my macbook to PC USA. They were super quick and retrieved all data I needed. The drive was replaced and the macbook now works fine. I am so happy I found them. more

Worth paying for! 2/1/2012

Amazing service and expertise!! I went to PC USA - Data Recovery & Repair when a couple of other reputable places did not seem to know how to fix our computer issues. Repairs are made quickly which we so appreciate given how much we rely on our computers for our businesses. We will never go elsewhere for our Laptops, PC's and Servers problems. more

I am very pleased with the service I received 1/30/2012

I am very pleased with the service I received. I somehow infected my computer with some fake spyware software that kept asking me to register it. It was only after I called PC USA - Computer Repair Miami and they sent a technician that I learned it was a virus and not a real protection program. They were able to clean my system of the problem and now everything works great even faster than before I got the problem. more

Fast and very professional 1/26/2012

Didn't even need to get out of my chair! One call and PC USA - Computer Repair technician switched out a PC service without even coming to the house. Before I finished lunch the job was done at a very reasonable price. Thanks guys, keep it up! more

PC USA technician installed my new PC, answered all my questions, solved issues, and made meaningful recommendations. He was knowledgeable, easy to talk with and a Microsoft Certified professional. I have used their services many times and all have been at the highest level of service. I will continue to use them as my IT support service and do not hesitate recommending them. more

Perfect place for computer repair in Miami, FL 1/23/2012

When my computer had reboot issue no computer repair shop agreed to repair it same day but PC USA - Computer Repair specialists not only fixed the issue but also gave me some useful tips so that it can't be happen again in future. The staff are friendly and very accommodating and the the shop itself is Microsoft Certified! more
