What Computer Repair Service sends out someone the same day? After only a few minutes talking to their phone person, this company did. In today’s highly competitive business environment, we cannot just sit around and wait for days to get help. You guys more than earned your fee. Thanks PC USA. more

PC USA highly recommended! 2/12/2012

When my college son called me to say that he needed a laptop repair job, I freaked. He could not leave school and I was working. One phone call to PC USA Computer Repair Service and their technician come to the rescue. They sent a really nice and skillful guy to my son’s apartment that afternoon that got the laptop working and showed my son on how to avoid such a crisis again. We really recommend this company. more

I directly talked with the manager and found him so co-operative and well behaved. Ultimately, he himself fixed the problem and the outcome of my computer was great. PC USA computer service is very reliable and reasonable. I have a 5-year old HP laptop that needed cleaning and a memory upgrade. The PC USA technicians did the job in a timely and affordable way. They completed the job in the period they had quoted and gave me some additional pointers on extending the life of this laptop. They are knowledgeable and honest. I would definitely recommend them. more

My computer froze up and getting to vital data was not possible. My friend recommended calling this company PC USA for Data Recovery Service and they tried guiding me to a fix over the phone. When that did not work, a technician came to the house. About two hours later, I had a working computer and the data I needed was recovered. These are really great people. more

Certainly deserve 5 Stars! 2/9/2012

Service like PC USA service certainly deserves 5 stars without any doubt. I had a problem with my USB flash drive and located Hard Drive Recovery Irvine online. I immediately filled out the quote and was notified right away by their customer service representative. I initially thought that the problem with my drive was because of corrupted files but their tests revealed that it was in fact a mechanical problem. I told them I was in a rush to get my data back and they said OK. The next morning I received an update of my case. It stated that recovery process was complete and my data would be transferred and shipped to me the same day. It helped me get back on track without missing a beat. The whole process took only 4 days including shipping the item both ways. They saved my day and I am very grateful to them. more

Excellent Service! 2/9/2012

PC USA is one of many companies I called around Miami city to look at my personal HDD when it stopped working. It contained some necessary personal pictures, videos and memories of my family. At first, I was hoping to get it done with a less expensive recovery. However, their diagnosis proved otherwise. I had e-surge damage, and I could see the burn marks. In PC USA, what I really appreciated was their honesty and willingness to work with me to find an affordable solution. They returned my drive sooner than expected with all my important data intact. The price that PC USA charged from me was better than other places when I inquired about hard drive rebuilding. Additionally, it was nice to have a local branch where I could hand-deliver and pick-up my HDD. I will directly go to PC USA if I needed data recovery in the future. more

A Trustworthy IT Service Company 2/9/2012

PC USA is truly heads and shoulders above the rest. I took my laptop to two different computer shops to repair it but came back from there when I came to know that it would take a month to fix a screen issue. Then I walked into PC USA computer repair and they confidently said it would be ready the next day. Honestly, I did not believe it but ultimately I received a call at 10.00 am that my computer was repaired and it was ready to take. They worked perfectly and behaved very friendly. Therefore, I will suggest anyone to go to PC USA shop if you get any problem with your computers. more

PC USA offers a first class service. 2/8/2012

My personal computer have had infected with a various virus which turned it down. A well known company could not recover my data. PC USA Data Recovery in Miami was the next company I called and they fixed and recovered everything in a very quick time frame. They are professionals, skilled technicians, courteous and they also offer a first class service. I would highly recommend them. more

Having had a less re-assuring and significantly more expensive experience with an alternative company, I moved to PC USA Computer Security Service looking for an alternative solution. Very economical and honest service 2/8/2012

I was absolutely dismayed when my memory stick in which both my work and personal data and information are stored in there because it accidentally broke. I tried several companies but all told me that the stick was broken and the information could not be retrieved. I heard about PC USA Data Recovery, I called and consulted my problem to them. I received a very economical and honest service and my data were all retrieved! more

He gave me tuition on how to use it as my old one was 8 years old and very out of date. I decided there and then to purchase a new one and PC USA - Computer Store had just what l wanted on board. He then transferred all my stuff from the hard drive and left me with a great new PC which l am very happy with. It saved me trailing round shops looking at different equipment and not finding exactly what l wanted He also set up security. more

An Awesome Service Provider 2/4/2012

PC USA service is the best as far as I have seen. Once I needed to transfer files on my laptop to brand new HP laptop and therefore, I called several other computer repair services. All of the shops I phoned said it would take minimum 4 to 5 days to complete the transfer. However, I urgently needed the new computer up and running with my original files. Fortunately, I called PC USA and they transferred all files in only 2 hours. I was surprised to see their efficiency how fast they can work. I must recommend PC USA. They are simply awesome. more
