I was so lucky to find Jim at PC Doctor. I had, what turned out to be, a minor hardware problem.\r The big box store wanted to send my laptop out for a diagnosis that would take 3 weeks. Jim diagnosed and fixed my problem in 1/2 hour at a very reasonable rate. I will always use them and highly recommend them. more

Top Class Service and Know-how 3/29/2012

I had a bizarre problem with my computer, out of no where. After HOURS and HOURS of trying to fix it myself, I gave up and googled for help....and PC Doctor showed up. I called them up, was professionally handled on the phone, brought my machine in, they diagnosed the problem and fixed me up in no time and at a very reasonable cost. I walked out of there and said to myself, ""they really cared and really knew what they were doing...."" Thanks! more

Disappointed 11/30/2010

I paid a LOT of money because they looked at my computer, but they were unable to fix it, and only told me this after I spent almost the cost of a new computer on the ""repair"". I felt that the tech was dishonest. more

Great service 4/26/2010

PC Doctor replaced the damaged LCD on my laptop it for a fraction of the price that Lenovo quoted for me, and the repair was done very quickly - in less time than originally estimated. They were also great at communicating with me every step of the process. more
